Some said "House music has always been possessing a kind of guilty pleasure". However, for those who seek peaceful harmony and positivity in music their auditory impressions towards 'house' might be totally different. I personally prefer a bit sad and melancholic mood in house music, but it would depend on how my mental state is set before I actually hear them.
Now, I listen to this house track "Deep End" and feel some sort of guilty pleasures in its sound presence. Since a lot of house tracks in these days have no obvious messages and sometimes leave some obscure feelings to the audience, I rather prefer this kind of track which can strongly arouse a certain soundscape. In this case it would be a sensual and destructive images.
In This EP the UK's fresh talent, Citizen produced four heavy based tracks which possibly bang crazy with any club sound. And, whether you like or not, those tracks will reify the true guilty pleasures of house music in the darkness of midnight clubs...

Daphni - Ye Ye - JIAOLONG
Daphni a.k.a. Calibou has just dropped its first and finest album, JIAOLONG, released from UK label same as the title. The album contains 9 tracks of unique and versatile dance music that will show the creator, Dan Snaith's pure musical talent.
Some tracks from the album already came out only on 12s have ensured the quality of their club use. However, it seems to me that this track "Ye Ye" has the most aggressive beats yet the deepest synth flow.
And here are some of the PV expressing his abstract musical world visually.

Dynamics of the Subway / Haisuinonasa
It is very much like Japanese sound & visual in a good way. The track of "Haisuinonasa" has the quality of sensitivity and meticulousness which only the talented Japanese artists can embody.
I was unfamiliar with this Japanese band until the PV of "Dynamics of the Subway"came out. Although the album, "Doubutsu no Karada (動物の身体)" including this track was released from Zankyo Record (残響レコード) little while ago, I'd like to start listening their tracks from now.

Comeme - Daniel Maloso - discoteca cavernicola
Comeme has been constantly releasing fine hypnotic dance tracks produced by various Latin American artists. All the Comeme tracks can be appealing for the ravy detroit techno fans to the bizarre sleazy disco freaks with no difference. This track created by Mexican artist, Daniel Maloso was the one I found in Andy Weatherall's Red Bull radio show, which has purified the essence of exoticness and extravaganza-ish feeling of mexican vocal into the abnormally addictive disco sound!

Lord Of The Isles 'Year Of The City EP'
As a very 1st post on this blog, I'd like to introduce my favorite artist, "Lord of The Isles" who's been producing many amazing synth tracks of today. This EP which came out from Phonica Records recently caught my ears quite easily. The absolute dreamy sound had penetrated into the deep part of my subconscious...
